The client had a concept.
With a snapshot, a drawing, and a long list of alterations, our Photoshop
expert,
Glenn Gibson, went to work to create a finished image of the nonexistent train
car.
The train car was shot
in front of the manufacturing plant a few years ago, Windows from another
car, shot at night,
with a hint of interior lighting was added. The wheels had to be black, lower
covers and a door had to be put in.
The nose was a very simple,
extremely low resolution CAD drawing. It was colored and added to match.
The front and corner window were taken from the original train and bent and
contorted to look real.
The foreground tracks
were taken miles away and distorted to align with the train. A second car
was added
to the rear and a stock mountain scene was dropped into the background to
complete the effect.
This is just one of many
complete makeovers Associated Photographics has completed for this client.
